Wisdom comes through life experience. It comes from listening to our elders, it comes from the ancestors of many peoples. I find that sitting quietly in meditation opens the door to the energy of the wise. Keeping our hearts open to learning and growing allows wisdom to reside in our minds, in our hearts, in our spirit. This is the 2nd piece in a series that I am working on, creating an image of beauty that is defined by our nature, our scars, our time.
